#DDPLive with Ken Lewis and Tim Lea

The #DDPLive got back on its rails (or off them depending on your view,) this week with our guests comedians Ken Lewis and Tim Lea. Both will be performing at The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly Vol 12 at Fulton 55 Sept. 8. Last week we had a serious show talking about homelessness in the valley. This week, there will be none of that as we go full in on comedy like only we can do.

Show Summary:

The show got off to a quick start with lots of Freebies announced. Tickets to a comedy show and up for grabs later on, tickets to the premiere of Brick Madness on Sept. 9.

A rocky intro got the Clambake off and rolling this week. Audio fails would continue throughout this hilarious and at times serious set of news stories.

For the main topic of the night, we rolled with the theme of Good, Bad and Ugly. We talked about trending hashtags in the world. Stupid questions from the internet for the guests, reality show life, and ending with the failed hype machine that is North Korea.

It has been awhile, but finally we were able to play Trigger Me This. Innocent pictures that everyone had to turn into a triggered event.

And finally we did the Dowdy’s. The awards and wrap up of the night. Hashtags, Best/Worst Jokes, Dirtbag and MVP all out there decided by a scientific voting system.

Next Wednesday night we will be putting together a fun little event to keep this comedy ball rolling. Stay tuned for that.
